Packaging

Our packaging uses recycled and recyclable materials to ease our environmental impact as much as possible. Each item is lovingly wrapped in tissue paper, brown paper and tied with twine before being nestled into a shipping box for you to unwrap! All pieces will be individually wrapped unless specified at checkout. So, if you are purchasing multiple items and do not need them separately wrapped, write us a message at checkout under the “special packaging instructions” option. If you have any other packaging requests or would like certain items wrapped together and not others, please include a message at checkout and we will be happy to accommodate!

Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping of 5$ on all orders within the United States. Stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. Wholesale orders will ship within 2-4 weeks depending on the content and size of the order. Shipping time for custom orders varies, if you choose to work with us on a custom piece we will discuss your specific timeline. Additional charges for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped via USPS and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your item has shipped!

2022 WINTER HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE Shipping will be paused from December 17th through January 5th. Orders can still be placed, but will not be fulfilled until January. Thanks for your understanding!

Returns

Each piece is hand crafted and unique, meaning it will be subtly different than any other piece even of the same type. We take pride in the quality and consistency of our work. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns before placing your order and we will be happy to clarify!

If a piece of jewelry doesn’t fit and you want to exchange it for a different size, we will be happy to accept exchanges, but ask that the extra shipping cost be covered by the customer.
